COVID-19 Precautions

We know everyone has different comfort levels with regard to the pandemic, so we want to make sure you know what to expect as you make a choice about attending our wedding and reception.

During the ceremony, we will be in a very large sanctuary where we will not have more than 100 people gathered. All guests will be asked to sit with their family units and will be asked to maintain distance from other groups. In addition, everyone outside of the wedding party will be expected to wear a mask while we are inside the church and every other pew will be left empty.

After the ceremony, we will head to Mere Bulles for a lunch reception. This venue is actually a restaurant where we have rented out three rooms of their downstairs seating area and we will be the first event in that space for the day. The restaurant staff will have masks on and guests should wear masks anytime they are moving around the room. As much as it is possible, tables will be spread out and guests will be seated with their family units.

We hope you will be able to join us for both the ceremony and reception, but if you do not feel comfortable doing so, we understand.

Please let us know whether or not you will be able to attend the wedding ceremony and the lunch reception afterward by April 1. If you need to change an RSVP that you have already submitted, please contact us.
